i know that Liverpool P@rk Road had only one ( ex display) tonight at 7.30pm - I had it in my hands! It is in the phone section so speak to the electrical desk or the guys in the phone kiosk. I left it as I don't "need" it.

Beware tho the tech guy seemed to have his eye on it. I asked did they have any in stock and his answer was yes they are £400 so I said not on the website they are not! he replied oh I hope these haven't gone down as I have just paid £400 for an Ipad2... I also asked about the Dell laptops he said "oh the £99 ones - the staff got all of those". I suppose if I was a staff member I'd have done the same...
To infinity and beyond - but mostly to Tesco!:D

hubby just came back from leeds seacroft and got one, the SA also gave him a £10 off student electrical voucher to use so £140 in total. very happy as i missed out on the hp touchpads.

Could you ask your Hubby if they had more than one. I have just been to se4croft and the lad in electrics smirked when he said they didn't have any in stock (I have a feeling they have took them off display once again!).

So pleased I'm posting off my new galaxy tab now!
Managed to get one in Risca @ 7pm. Staff weren't aware of the reduction till then. Needless to say their stock went rapidly.
I also checked: M3thyr Tydf1l- no stock left
    C@rdiff Cuv3r & Western Av- no stock
    Ta1bot Gre3n- no stock

It's a fab little thing, so well chuffed. Been looking at tabs for ages but couldn't justify the price.
Good luck to all hunting one down x

10 left at redditch at around 9.00pm. Not on display but kept in store room. No problem I justed ask at the Phone desk and they went and got me one. Very pleased..

One question, as I have not even opened the box yet!. Can you use these as a sat nav?

    cheers OP
  • I've just left a tesco in the edinburgh area and they had a galaxy on display. The set had a price of £299 or £399 reduced from something or other. Are these the ones that go through at £150 or is it a different model?
