I did do that, it's not in use...
However, the email worked, got a reply apologising and saying they would do me the plates for a gesture of good will and blamed a comms company going under and staffing issues as I reason to why they haven't replied....wonder if it had more to do with the daily mirror wanting to take my complaint to them...! I suppose I'll never know!0
