Seems like the OP has an original way of asking for help anyways
You have 2 choices sir:
1. Goto a comparison website and type in your details and search for 95% mortgages and make a telephone call/application to every lender who offers such mortgages.
2. Accept that intermediaries can be worthwhile and arrange an appointment with someone local to you.
There are several mortgages available for 95% which are exlusive to brokers, and several that are exclusive to Direct customers. Either way, I think you will need to speak to broker if you want to make sure you're getting the best deal.

There is a Code of Conduct on these forums that means we can only give our opinions in the thread and not "fish" for business.
