Just perfect - I took umbridge yesterday and explained why - noted the thread had come back to life this evening and find that having explained how/why he/she hates mortgage intermediaries (i.e my partner) the OP choses to compare them with police (low lifes too apparently) - well done, her daughter's a copper (receives a national Humanitarian Society award at the end of the year for saving an assaulted person's life at great risk to her own safety) and something around 50% of our clients are too !!!
