Can Anybody Recommend a Contract Deal?

Hi there everybody,
I am just about to lose my company phone and am inexperienced with phone deals (it will be the first time I've paid for a mobile!)
My OH is on 02, so I would ideally like a tariff that'll allow me to ring her on the mobile and at home for free. Do 02 do such a tariff? If not it isn't too much of a problem.
The phone I'd like is a Blackberry pearl; I have a Blackberry 7100v at the moment which I love, but does anybody have any thoughts on the new BlackBerry?
And finally, what sort of tariff should I go for? Usage would be about average I think, applies to voice / text / data.
Many thanks.
