Plenty of wired modem routers still available, some companies won't allow wireless router on there system.
As to the blu ray player using a hdmi ethernet cable, it all depends on your TV, if it support's the use of these cables and if your blu ray player is internet ready. If your blu ray is internet ready, could just use a ethernet cable.Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0 -
wireless n is supposed to be the best for long distances
i live in a bungalow and got a wireless router free , a cheap one, it works fine and came with about 6 wired ports and one ariel thingy,
i get 8mb at the router wired or wireless and i get 8mb at my laptop in the kitchen 30 ft away,
i geuss the company would not use them if they were crap
