phoneboxdirect PO BOX - sending reorded delivery, Can You?

Hi,

Was wondering if people have sent a recorded delivery to phoneboxdirect. They have a PO BOX and whilst i think you can send a recorded item to a PO BOX I was wondering if anyone experienced any problems?

Yes you can - just send as normal. As long as you have proof of postage via Recorded Delivery, thats the main issue - not the receipients addrdess.

Don't worry, they usually sign for their RD in my experience, it's just a case of whether or not RM decide to update their website! :rolleyes: Also you get an email confirmation when your claim is being put into the processing system. :T

ive had no problems with pbd. sent all my by rd, they acknowledge receipt by email and then confirm when your cheque is on the way.

As long as they have a post code and you keep your RM receipt you'll be fine. And make sure you track it.
