No I want to complain about your Customer Service, I have already complained to you, and that has cost me a fortune0

I'm guessing Woohoo was just helping out, unless they ARE Richard Branson!!0

I doubt youll get Richard Bransons email address direct!
Youll have to use that one above.
Remember though as much as you complain, Mr B will never get to hear about it.0 -
Depending on what he is like.... certainly our CEO sees every complaint written to them however all emails/ post is screened by their PA, a complaint is handed to the complaints handling team but the outcome of the investigation along with the response letter goes to the CEO for sign off before it goes to a customer. If it is a generic run of the mill complaint then thats all they do, obviously if it is much more serious then the PA will pass it to the CEO to make them aware of it at the same time as sending it to the complaints team.
I know in other companies I have worked for the situation has been very similar.
The other consideration with the Virgin brand is that Branson no longer owns the majority of the companies that carry the branding but has sold them off with a licencing fee for the company to continue using the Virgin trademarks. Whilst he remains the brand owner and so would retain interest what is occurring under it the CEO of the actual company you want to complain about would probably be a more sensible person to complain to (I dont know the relationship between Virgin and Telewest for their internet provision)All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers

I disagree that Richard Branson won't get to see or hear about it, I believe his interest in his companies and the customer service they provide is of paramount importance to him.
I am fed up with their customer service so my next port of call is him as far as I am concerned, I would like it to get it to his office.
Virgin internet is run by fujitsu-siemens and as far as I know are not under the virgin umbrella, but whether they are licensed to use the virgin name is another matter.
I worked in customer service for Norwich Union once and we used to recieve mail from Patrick Snowball the CEO, and he would want to know the outcome of certain things.0 -

Blimey! You do realise that I pulled this off the virgin website and posted it here don't you? I am actually not Richard Branson although I have read his autobiography.
Sorry for trying to help0 -
The information posted by cifpower does show that Richard Branson is no longer a director of Virgin Net. I am not sure what you expect him to do about a company with which he has no official links?!!Gone ... or have I?0

There are probably hundreds of people who think Richard Branson should drop everything and listen to them but it won't be possible for him to listen to everyone.
He's there to run it. There will be others below him who will do the direct contact side & I can imagine if things are directly addressed to him for an issue someone is employed to deal with it will be delt with in the way described in a few posts above.0
