Do I have to unlock Blackberry
My daughter has recently changed phones from a BB to another. She is giving me her BB. Her phone was under contract with Orange, she is staying with them for her new phone so her contract will follow her.
What I want to know is this....I want to go onto Orange PAYG, I know I will need a PAYG sim, but would it need unlocking or can I just change sims over because I am staying with the network?
Any help, much appreciated, thank you!

You can just switch sims over but be aware that you will be charged a lot for web browsing if you don't have BB internet on your account. I'm not sure how this works with PAYG as it's included in my contract...£2023 in 2023 challenge - £17.79 January0

Thanks very much for your quick answer.
I'm aware they do a £5 BB data add on, which isn't too bad.0 -

With a £10 top up on the Dolphin tariff, you can use £5 for the BIS add on(with 50MB of data usage) and £5 to buy a bundle of calls of 100 mins.
Top up another 10p at least, so that you can take advantage of the free text(400) and Internet(100MB) for that month.0
