eBay may assist the process if you use them to open a dispute - they have been known to give postage credits, prepaid return labels or no-fault refunds in certain situations."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

Is it worthy of a partial refund? If you wouldn't wear it at all due to it being so thin, then I'd just open a dispute in Paypal for "Item not as described", and wait for PP to ask you to send it back. You'll have to pay return tracked postage yourself.
What do they mean by "not a commercial seller"? If they're buying anything to sell for a profit, then that makes them a business!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
It's probably their own suit they're selling, hence it's worn out and they thought they would try and get a few more quid for it by describing it vaguely as new WOT rather than as "so old it's threadbare". I don't see any specific mention of it being from someone with a lot of them for sale - private sellers could plausibly have NWT items to sell.Is it worthy of a partial refund?
