aol router bb packs...

erm, y'know those packs you can get in currys and places like that with the netgear wireless router and a month free aol (the branded aol packs?). well, if you were to maybe buy one, what's to stop you not contacting aol and just getting a cheap router...? i saw one of those boxes the other day for £20.
