Probably not as important as 10 years ago, when you could so easily have bought at half today's prices.

Shame you allowed that opportunity to pass you by.

I see where you're going with this....

Why haven't you bought yet, since the prices have obviously crashed, is it because you like living with your sister, because you can't afford to buy or a bit of both.

No. As I've stated in the other threads you are currently rampaging across, I do not in fact rent with my sister, and theres absolutely no reason for you to say otherwise.

I'm sure you do see where I'm going with this.
I'm sure you are quite aware of what sock puppets are.
I'm sure you are very well aware of the history of the HPC debate.

I've been reading a lot of posts on this forum, eventually asking for advice in relation to a potential purchase. So no I'm not aware of the "history of HPC debate" but it does seem to engulf your life and posts on this forum.

Anyway why don't you buy yet since prices have crashed? is it because you can't afford to? or is it because of the ongoing issues with the previously mentioned sister?:j

Engulf would be a pretty good way to describe your epic flailing meltdown today.

Ive got my deposit and im not buying yet, everybody i know who has a deposit in place is waiting for house prices to fall further before they buy.

Apart from the 58k people who bought last month (although I accept you might not know any of them).

You've fallen for the spin pimp.

Mid fifties volumes each month has actually been fairly typical since Jan 08.
As opposed to the typical 100000 volumes before the same.

I'd had to say that this fact makes your "point" laughable.
    But it kinda does.

Not really. Jimmy was making the point that everyone he knew who had a deposit was waiting for house prices to fall further. I was just pointing out that there were 58k people last month who were not waiting for house prices to fall further before they bought. No comment on whether this was good or bad from me.

David "call me Dave" Cameron has finally figured it out.

You can't have a healthy economy without a healthy housing market.

And if lenders won't lend, buyers can't buy, and the housing crisis will worsen.

So he's decided to advance some land to the builders, which they don't have to pay for til the houses sell.

Now all he has to do is get the banks lending again, so buyers can buy. Probably no coincidence the CBI just called for the Govt to offer Mortgage Indemnity Insurance for 95% LTV loans then.

This is all going to take a year or two to pull together, but mark my words a housing market recovery is being engineered in time for the wider economy to recover before the next election.;)

The clock is running out on the bears......

Tick Tock, Tick Tock, Tick Tock.......:)

    yawn

    Yet more utter utter gob-!!!!!!.

I'm sick of reading your crap so have put you on ignore now.
