Need new Vodafone contract
I am currently on Vodafone 100 mins for £15/month but out of contract.
I want a new phone and to keep my number (if poss)
Both Orange and O2's reception is bad where I live; I do not know about T-Mobile.
So to all intents and purposes I have to stay with vodafone.
My other half has just upgraded on voda and had to accept an 18 month contract to stick to £15/month but the phone is not great (Nokia 2600) I am looking for something a bit better.
I have used a Nokia 6230 and have liked it, so its an option.
However, I am very bad at locking my phone and most of my calls are usually conducted from my pocket. So would be keen on a flap to cover the buttons. Iam not that keen on flip phones however. I also need bluetooth.
My questions are:-
1. Which phone?
Choice at vodafone online is not that great especially on my monthly spend. I want a free phone
2. How do I squeeze vodafone online for the best deal?
All help greatly appreciated!!

since you're staying with Voda can't get a very good deal, best phone probably is D500 or wait for the 6230i and learn to lock the keypad! Or set it to do it automatically!
Best to ring them and see what they offer, if it's pants say you want to cancel, or write in requesting a PAC (you're not obliged to ever use it) and they should give a better offer to keep hold of you.2p off is still 2p off!0 -
I threatened to leave them in January (wish I had now... but that's another story), but they offered me 100 minutes plus 100 texts a months for £18, which was good for me, as I do text a lot... you just need to push them.. that included an upgrade to a K700i (which again is another story !!!)
Just keep pushing em !** Getting back in the swing of saving again.... **

Trying to find the best deals to save as much as we can..........0 -
Give Singlepoint a ring on 0800 0154 891. I pay about £6 a month, may be less on next bill and get 600 mins and £6 of texts.

Whats a PAC ?
My contract is coming to an end next week and I want to be ready with all the right ammo before I ring, also is it possible to take my number to another network and do they charge you for this
Thanks
