I heard it was for drug users too. Cant see it discouraging youth hanging around in there (errr why would anyone want to hang out in loos anyway) though because they're used to it in nightclubs and such. I know I am anyway! Although I agree it makes it hard to see icky things!0

Having known about the use of the blue lights for a while, i had a look at my arm the last time i used a bog in Morrisons. Can't see my veins. But I can hardly see them at the best of times. :rotfl::oGetting married 23rd June 2012!!:o0
