Morrisons Toliets

I was in the Stratford Morrisons the other day and popped to the loo. They have installed this weird blue lighting which is supposed to stop anti social behaviour. It says on the sign that it may take a few moments for your eyes to adjust. None of the other supermarkets seem to have this.

Possibly completely wrong but I've always thought it was to prevent drug users from seeing veins to inject themselves? Some hospital toilets have them too.

My local Asda have installed the same thing. It's in both normal toilets, and the disabled one. Not in the baby changing though?
Also, the public toilets in the town centre have them too.
I was told it's to stop people injecting drugs as it's hard to find a vein in UV light.

There is no evidence to back up the fact that these lights prevent drug use, all they will do is inject in another area by touch alone, so if anything it will cause further issues and probably see higher rates of problems. ( I am not condoning drug use just merely stating a fact )
