Orange "magic number"

Hi, have contract phone with orange at the moment and have registered a magic numbre with them. The trouble is that i have recently only made calls to the magic number yet my call time balance still seems to be going down. is it the case that their credit line number isnt sophisticated enough to not include calls to the magic number ??

I'd give them a call to check the magic number is set up on your account properly

Thanks. I did that last month, when apparently they were experiencing problems with their credit line service. They say its set up properly. Just wondered if anyone else had experience of this. Thanks for your help though.

I have a magic number and do call it often, not every day though so wouldn't be able to keep tabs on whether it was coming from my call balance or not.

Certainly one for me to keep my eye on though!
