We hadn't had any lunch so just got a sausage roll each from Greggs, much cheaper :jInitial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000

- Made my lunch and bought it to work
- Did my pigsback and quidco clickthroughs
- Checked my online bank account
- Went through my credit card bill and called up for my cashback check (£45!!) I've been putting all the shopping, train tickets, meals, petrol on this card for the last two months and I clear the balance off every month! Can't believe my credit card is paying me!! brilliant!0 -
sorted out a load of books for Oxfam. Checked on ebay first but I find anything worth less than £3 is not worth my time and trouble to list, pack and post.
Thought I'd clear some space in the bedroom but I'm picking up 2 boxes of books from Freecycle this weekend. I tend to buy loads of books from car boot sales and charity shops so saving my money that way.Saving money right, left and centre0 -

I got a bill from the water company today that I was sure I had paid. So instead of ignoring it, I looked up the proof and wrote a letter to dispute it. I also requested a refund from an ebay item that I've given up on ever receiving and yesterday I listed my empty ink cartridges on ebay. DH insisted I drive to work though, as I had a sinus infection last week. He also doesn't like me walking when I'll be home after dark, so bring on longer days!Hi, I'm Mich
