Pity you refunded her.0

I'd tell her to £$%@ &^$@*& @~*#££$£%&*%*& SORRY CENSORED
And if she doesn't like that then £$&^$%%£It's not the taking part but the winning that counts.0 -
You should have got the item back before refunding her. Now she has won both ways....she has the item and she has her money back.
Ebay are next to useless when it comes to supporting people in cases like this. I sometimes think that it's a shame they have such a monopoly on the internet auction market....cos if there was anyone else with even half the hits they get I would definitely take my business there0 -
Just block her email in the future, you have filed for fees back and she obviosuly had 2 strikes already and yours was the 3rd so she was NRU's and suspended and it was your FVF that got her the suspention.
I have been there with customers like this but try to forget about it, today, tomorrow or later next week you'll get a customer saying good things about you and you can forget it an move on. I havehad all of this with being threatened of being sued and the like, it is hard when you do everything you can to please someone but some people are never happy and obviosuly have HUGE chips on their shoulders. Ebay will not give a monkeys as it is a matter between you and the buyer so don't worry about that - and not een a registered one that that. If she emails again curtly reply tell her that the transaction is over, she has her refund and there is nothing else to discuss, any further emails will be deemed as harrassment and you will take her buyers details and copies all of emails she has sent and confirmations that she has been refunded to the police as she is now harrassing you and you will inform the police of such. You won't hear from her again!!
It's a shame as buyers (weirdos) like this spoil eBay for the nice buyers out there.0 -
LOL, that buyer did buy a couple of Louis Viutton bags for £1.70 each and then complained it was fake.... and reported seller to trading standards!!0
