Can anyone help, buyer is driving me to tears

please help me , im getting quite upset ..

i sold this on ebay a month ago 140058829677, accoording to the buyer i sent the wrong one, i offered to resend the correct one but ido not have it and know i sent the right one out but i dont have any proof.she also told me not to worry i thought it was the end.

next she left neg feedback and in return i did stating she would return the bear i sent after explaining i have not got the bear it was the one i sent.

i have been polite and tried sorting it. Then they put in a paypal claim in and i instantly refunded the amount to her. After the refund i noticed they are a no longer registered user.

Tonight while going through ebay stuff i claimed fvf as now its unpaid..i sent a mutrual agreement , and reason of refunded.

i then get this email

"YOU BORN LIAR ITEM WAS PAID FOR E-BAY NOTIFIED YOU COULD NOW BE SUSPENDED FOR ABUSING THE FEEDBACK SYSTEM AND FOR CLAIMING BACK FVF"
i explained ebay did it automaticly not me

then i have had these

"THERE WAS NO MUTUAL AGREEMENT YOU DONE THAT TO LOSE THE FEEDBACK. OPENED AND CLOSED IT IN ABOUT 3 SECONDS. WHAT A CROOK."

"NO I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH E-BAY AND THATS NOT HOW IT IS YOU OPENED AND CLOSED IT WITHIN SECONDS. GET ON WITH IT I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN AS YOU MIS SOLD ME THAT ITEM"

so i sent her the link from ebay help pages explain the fvf process and i got this back

"RUBBISH"

I returned with please read the help pages at ebay

and i now got this back

"YES YOU OPENED THE DISPUTE THEN CLOSED IT WITHOUT A RESPONSE FROM ME I HAVE ALREADY BEEN IN TOUCH WITH E-BAY AND THEY ARE NOW LOOKING INTO IT AS THE FEEDBACK YOU LEFT ME CLEARLY STATES I PAID YOU BUT I WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE ITEM AS YOU SENT ME THE WRONG ONE IT WAS DESCRIBED WRONGLY. LET E-BAY DEAL WITH IT AS YOU NEGATIVE SHOULD STILL STAND AS YOU WERE TOTALLY IN THE WRONG NOT ME THATS WHY SELLERS SHOULD LEAVE FEEDBACK BEFORE THE BUYER HAS TOO AS THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS RETALITORY NEGATIVES,LIKE YOU LEFT ME"

and this

"I HAVE SHAME YOU DONT READ ABOUT LISTING THINGS CORRECTLY,INSTEAD OF SELLING SOMETHING YOU QUITE CLEARLY DIDNT HAVE IN THE FIRST PLACE.PLEASE DO NOT REPLY.I WOULD SAY YOU LISTED IT AS A MIS SPELT TO GET MORE FOR IT."

Im very upset about the whole thing as i was a serious collecter of my bears and yes i did sell one misspelled.. i do belive is the one sent.. as i really dont have it any more.. to solve it i sent a refund and followed ebay process

i would just stop talking to her, she obviously just wants to mouth off, and wont listen to reason

Its not her emails that concern me now its the fact shes reported to ebay im concerned.

I would ignore her now, what on earth does she want, Make sure you add her to your blocked list so she cant get anything else. No matter what she says, at the end of the day she has the bear and the money! And she is still giving you grief.....????

god its hard enough trying to get anything from ebay doubt they do anything and if they do contact them send them the emails youve recieved that would help you out

Yes. Get over it. :rolleyes: As a 4-figure Power Seller who's been a member for at least 5 years you should be well accustomed in dealing with the kind of grief you've been receiving. If you still insist in continuing to bait her instead of just ignoring her right from the start, can I suggest on the next contact she tries to make with you that you just reply "OK" and hit the 'send' button.

I wouldn't even need to sell things on Ebay to make money if I'd had a quid for everytime one of my buyer's has told me that I'm "being reported to Ebay", because I wouldn't be far off from being a millionaire by now. :rolleyes:

She can report you as often as she likes. Looking at her feedback the 3 negatives showing rather suggest to me that she has been suspended for the number of NPB strikes against her so she is hardly a model customer.

You followed the system, you refunded her then reclaimed your FVFs. She is virtually suggesting you somehow hacked the system and suspended her yourself, which is laughable. You followed procedure and she has been booted off, end of story.

I know it is upsetting though, probably like you I rarely deal with such unpleasant buyers so when you do get one it rather plays on your mind. I wouldn't respond to her any more though, and if you do get any more emails from her send them to ebay and complain she is harrassing you.

didnt you have a couple of those, maybe the mis spelt one was sent to one of the other buyers in error, obviously if its worth more than a correctly spelt one they are not going to tell you they received wrong one.....or maybe they never even noticed...;)
