3 Overcharging for late offloading of calls
I was shocked when I received my latest 3 bill. It was 10 pounds more than what I expected as I make sure that I dont go beyond my free minutes.
When I looked into it , it included calls made on 1st Jan.
I called them up and was told by a adviser in India that there was a late offloading of calls on 1st 2nd n 3rd of Jan.
I told him that why shud i pay more for their fault and I was misinformed....
He kept on telling the same thing.
After 35 minutes of heated arguements and finally me threatening him n his supervisor of legal action, they said they can credit me with only 3 pounds!!!!!
I said ok and now I am planning to speak to someone in Uk in the three.
Can anyone suggest how to go about it??
Thanks
