I hate the pre-installed software such as this HP recovery - you could remove the HP Application entirly from your system, I would!

I'm pretty sure I don't save stuff there. I always save to C Drive.You should know if you've been putting stuff there.

depends how competent they are at rebuilding a PC.. Like Matty_D, i delete it all as well as branded machines come complete with endless crap that you don't need. If i was going to rebuild i'd do it from scratch and not a factory restore.0 -
