Oh dear, I went AWOL!
Last time I came on was last Wednesday so I've just scanned what I've missed quickly!
If I remember correctly I'm on 4 NSDs as of yesterday!
Thursday was a spend - went to Morrisons and bought some rubbish convenience food, deep heat and cough syrup cos I just felt like carp!
Friday I counted as NSD (I sorted added insurance for my new car at £130  waaaay more than I thought, but I'm gonna count that when it comes outta my bank).
Saturday was a spend - haircut, bits and pieces, petrol, paying neighbour for lawn cutting and window cleaning etc etc the list goes on
Sunday was NSD as took my little sister to uni but dad paid for dinner so ok.
Yesterday was a horrible day. For various reasons, some petty, others not so much. Now feeling emotionally drained so after spending all day yesterday crying, spent all of this afternoon crying with laughter :rotfl:one extreme to the other!
My budget is blown apart from this car insurance and the amount of petrol I have used so will need to do something extra!
The one nice thing to happen this weekend was that I went for a drink with a friend who I secretly like (he was waiting for a train and I kept him company) and I'm hoping he likes me, seems that way, with him giving me a lovely hug, but I'm rubbish at reading signals
Sorry for the essay!

3 and 4 for me please, sunday and today :-). New roof well underway, but by eck it's a bit windy for the poor lads! I expected to come home today to find splattered builder all over the pavement! Apparently it's really hard to get the blood out... And I spent about 2 hours last night listening to the scaffolding creaking in the wind... But we are watertight-ish for the night, we'll see what tomorrow brings :-)0

Nargle's back. (Usual story - blue tail fly syndrome at home and work means little time to play on computers)
5 Nsds now in the bag!
Really haven't got time to go back through the quadzillion pages of this thread and catch up on the news, so multitudinous dodgy hugs are winging their way to all of you who have the blues at the moment, and bucketloads of Igor's best beetroot champagne to all those with something to celebrate. In fact, why don't we all have a glass or two to celebrate the fact that, despite what life and the Law of Sod may throw at us, we are still here, alive and kicking and ready for the challenge?
I'm thinking that maybe we should have another NSD gang Halloween bash this year - my memories of last year's are a bit fuzzled, so it must have been a good one! We could have a combined Halloween and Curry Party - bit of spice to warm things up - and Igor tells me he does a mean Bat Korma. Think on it, and any further ideas will be most welcome.
Anyway, off to see what my other regular threads are doing....byeee!One life - your life - live it!0
