    Good Morning all!

Reporting Number 2 on Sat, woooo hoooo! the weekend is usually when I spend the most so quite happy about that, although I did spend a small fortune on Sunday haha.

    Sx
  • Morning everyone, hope you all had good weekends and congratulations to those of you celebrating anniversaries, tomorrow will be mine & DHs 4 month anniversary :D we've got a long way to go to catch some of you up!

BDINI I know it doesn't make it any better but it sounds like this guy could have been a bit of a nightmare if he lets you down so late in the day and is too gutless to actually tell you himself. Maybe you had a lucky escape. Hopefully you'll find a decent, reliable tenant very soon.

We had a good weekend up with DHs parents and if it wasn't for diesel we wouldn't have had to spend but the car seems to be using too much so we had to fill up before we left on Sat and when we got home on Sun and yes, it's doing about 10mpg less than it should :( but hopefully someone DH knows will be able to do the diagnostics for very little (or free would be better!)

I think I've figured out why I'm getting so few nsds, DH has the car during the week for work so I'm not able to do everything on one day. I can't get to all the places in one go so have to spread it out over the week. Luckily today I can do Mr M, Lidl & the bank in one go, plus we're taking ds1 to Toys R Us to spend some birthday money later meaning we can do Pets At Home at the same time. I think that will be all my spending until we need bread later in the week (fingers crossed).

Good luck everybody for more nsd's this week :).

  • Ooh my feet hurt! I think I wore the wrong boots for that walk, plus on top of that it was nice and windy walking through the industrial estates and I think the lorry drivers all had a nice view as I was struggling to pin my dress down and push the pushchair at the same time :o.

Having looked at the 2 bank accounts I think I can forget nsd's and look forward to an nsw. Going to be scraping the rent together at the end of the week, so much for getting DHs overdraft down. Luckily the shopping was ordered last night and I've done the extras today so will only be bread throughout the week and there are no DDs this week.

BDNI - What a prat!!:mad: I suppose that it's better not to be saddled with him mucking you about if he had actually moved in though.

Thanks for all your kind wishes, I had a lovely anniversary on Saturday, though most of the time we weren't together!! :o We don't do an awful lot to celebrate usually, just a nice meal, either out or at home...home this year :)

We did have a couple of days away for our 25th..paid for the hotel with Mt T vouchers :j Shame the big meal was expensive! :o We would like to go away somewhere for our 30th in two year's time, though my dad's 80th is only 5 days beforehand, and my two sis's are planning something big for him...could be an expensive week!!

Anyway, reporting NSDs yesterday and today, so that's 7 NSDs in total now :j

Now I need to head off to the craft room for the rest of the day...well until I have lunch, then I'm collecting DS2 from College, but that's not until 4! Wonder how my "new" car will cope with the lethal college speed bumps!!

Have a lovely day everyone x

Good morning folks from a drenched NI:eek:
As I'm not going out today, I'm declaring NSD5 for today please:beer:.
BDNI, I know it won't feel like it at the minute, but you've probably had a lucky escape, as the idiot may have moved in and then not paid the rent or created problems etc for you. Hopefully you will get a tenant soon though that is capable of making a decision!
If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
