  • Another NO NSD today - had to order the dog's medication (why does everything have to come from different suppliers and run out at the same time!;)).
I like your attitude, there goes someone who will never be in debt again, something to aim for I think:T

Oh, I so hope so. Been there, done it (twice!) and sooooo want to never do it again:).

Next plan of action on the staying debt free campaign is to get my budgeting sorted out - new budget was done yesterday and looks OK (but tight) and new spending diary started .....

It costs £90 every 6 months for the check up, prescription & meds - If I can put away £15 each month, it's got to be better than taking a hit of £60 one month for the check up, prescription & one lot of meds and then £30 three months later for repeat meds!

Guess it's the same for everything .... I've never managed to budget properly .... must do better!;)

    £1,000 Emergency Fund Challenge #78 £3.96 / £1,000

Debt free & determined to stay that way!

Just popping in while I have a cuppa.

Well done on the weight loss Jinty - that's really fab :T

donna - I can totally understand your annoyance, not so much for you and OH, well that too but as grown ups we 'get' family stuff, but for your daughters. Well, it's her missing out be not seeing them,

I haven't spent anything so far today, depends if we nip out to aldi or lidl later.
Cushelle on offer at Mr M, 16 rolls for £5 atm if anyone's interested. Is that good?

Yep, not a bad offer on the cushelle - there is also a 50p voucher available on the Cushelle website so you could get 16 for £4.50.

Lidl do sometimes do an offer (every 3 or 4 mths I think) for 24 for £6.99 - I missed it before but they had it last week so I got 2 packs....48 loo rolls should keep us stocked until next time round :rotfl:

Just been out tidying up a bit of the garden, cutting back the lavender as much as possible, poor thing has grown out from under a tree and is rather woody but I don't have the heart to dig it out. :( also tidied up a few bits at the back, was clearing up a pile of leaves and found one deceased field mouse at the bottom :eek: the cat denies it was anything to do with her but somehow I think she's telling porkies ;)
