Good morning folks - and thanks to Beanie and Spoon for your concern. Sorry I've not neen on for a couple of days, I just dont know where the time has gone this week! I'm just getting my holiday head off and back into the "normal" routine! LOL!
NSD'S are a wee bit slow off the mark this month but I can say I'm up to 3!
Got on fine at the dermatology - back on the meds and skin starting to clear already. I am back in four weeks when we will discuss long term solutions to the psoriasis.
Thurs I was at WW and lost another half - so I'm up to 17lbs off.
OH treated me to a new pair of jeans( cheap ones) and a top from M&S as my old ones were verging on the obscene! I am a whole size smaller :j- cant remember the last size 14 trousers I bought!:j
I got such a buzz, I cant tell you!:j
Friday I was at Zumba, then I went a long walk with doglet. I am bakc knitting again - got some lovely chunky wool to do a woolly hat and scarf after seeing the mad prices they were charging in the shops for the self same thing!
Thats about all my news - today is church followed by knitting and soup making. Jinty's home MSE crafts is alive and kicking!!:rotfl::rotfl:
Have a lovely day everyone!:)
