Don't think any of us can point you to the right direction - you just have to wait for them to email it to you I guess as they are targets email from air wicks.

Just had a look at my email from them - there is no mention of x'mas planner on my email its a straight forward email saying "we really missed you" & here's a coupon for you.;) I think they sent out 2 different emails to their members.

This is what you should be getting :-

    Dear XXXX,

We've really missed you. The Fresher Homes Club would love to welcome you back, and give you everything you signed up for. How about a pound off your next purchase for starters?

What's coming up for Fresher Homes Club members?

There are plenty of reasons to keep an eye on your emails from us - from being the first to know what's happening in the world of Air Wick, to reviewing brand new products and fragrances.

Don't miss out on these great member perks:
•win great prizes in our competitions
    •learn about in-store promotions
    •share stories with other members
•receive hints and tips on keeping your home fresh and welcoming all year round •play fun games

So why not come back to the Fresher Homes Club, and let us brighten up your home life once more.

The Air Wick Fresher Homes Club Team
