    Hi sheddy49

I work for Vodafone and may be able to help.

Although your handset is now set up for GPRS, it is possible your SIM card is not. To get this done, and if needed set up, go to https://www.vodafone.co.uk, then contact us, and you will be able to send us an email. If you include FIT165 in the body of the text, it will be picked up by a team who monitor public forums.

They will also be able to check the settings in your handset, just to double check they are correct.

    Hope this helps
