If this is a low value item (under 46 pounds) I would use airmail small packets and a Certificate of Posting saving you or your customer 5 pounds. You will still have insurance if anything goes wrong.0

Also foreign tracking is entirely dependent on their mail service, their workers scanning the item etc. usps in the USA is particularly pants about it!0

There is no £3.09 post to Australia. Assuming the DVD weighed about 125 g packed then it would have been £2.60 small packet. That price band covers up to 160g, the next band is up to 180g for £3.20.

Could be 3.19 rather than 3.09 if it was sent letter post up to 100g.0
