Sky Anytime+ Corruption

Hi,
Got a slight problem with my Sky+HD 1TB box.
Any programme downloaded over Sky Anytime+ plays fine except for roughly in the middle of any programme where there is a few seconds of graphical corruption and no sound, then the programme plays fine.
Anyone have any ideas on what this could be, a fault with the box or a known bug?
