3mobile shop - trustworthy?

Is 3mobile shop the same as the mobile shop. They are offereing free 12 month contracts at the moment, bgut I've never used them before so don't if they are reliable on their cashback deals. I've searched the forum but can't find any info on 3mobile shop but lots on the mobile shop.

Just did more research and realised they were rainbow so wouldn't touch them with a barge pole now after reading through forum0

I have asked for 3 lots of cashback from them and have recieved none so far. They claimed i sent the wrong bills for the first two but the t&cs did not make it clear. Will be pursuing in small claims court. Wouldn't trust them. Previously had no problems with carphone warehouse. This year I have kept my old phone and by going through "Three" direc they have given me a great deal where I only pay for half of month 10 and then full price for month 11 - rest free and I get 500 mins a month. Plus added bonus of no dodgy cashback claims from companies that never have any intention of paying0
