Hardly think its a case for crimestoppers, think T42 is trying to make the point that its not fair on people that have shown up with legimate tickets , only to be turned away as their places have been taken by "cloned" tickets.

    Hmmm, thanks for that.

Vampire-like action? Grrrrreat, now I know what's coming

I'm not giving anything away since it happens in the first moments of the movie - which is "the end" (I presume) of the previous "28 Days Later" and was in the synopsis. Put it like this - lots of "mad" people infected with the "rage virus" chasing, biting, killing or passing on the virus to non-infected people.

is it any good tho? or just gory with no excuse.

Think they must have had a very good deal on a job lot of fake blood or tomato ketchup and decided not to waste a drop of it.
Not a particularly good or original plot really and very little storyline overall. Dialogue rather limited and rather unintelligent most of the time. Best bits are probably the aerial cinematography of a deserted London and a helicopter moment towards the end.

Now while I can't condone it, whenever we've been to screenings the cinema is no-where near full despite all the advertising on MTV, infact at Wild Hogs there were 12 people in there and my group was 1/3 of that!

I went to see Fast Food Nation tonight. What a pile of rubbish.

It was pretty much a film about nothing.

    I want my 2hrs back :(

i went as well, sounds like i had a lucky escape - i left half way through as had to met friends. Did want to see it till the end but sounds like i didn't miss much. From the first hour i saw, i couldn't really say it was good but did like Bruce Willis in it.

I went to see it too, it was the slowest film I have ever seen, ok, I know it was supposed to be naturalistic cinema, but theres naturalistic and there's boring the hell off your audience by making them watch a ten minute long conversation, the scenes were FAR to looooooong!!
  • Hi folks,
This is my first time on this thread, so be gentle with me!
I've just tried to get tickets for Goodbye Bafana - went to the website, registered, but couldn't find the film - can anyone help?
So far I've seen The Illusionist and The Painted Veil on freebie tickets - loved both of them!

Firstly well done with posting your question on the discission thread.
I have a feeling that those tickets are sold out as they have been out for a few days.
