Just to explain my post a bit more, there are 13 possible wifi channels, and your router will be set to use one of them. However it's possible that a neighbour is also using the same channel as you, causing possible interference and maybe the problems you're seeing. A lot of wifi routers default to the same channel, which contributes to the problem.
There are lots of free utilities that show which of the channels are being used, such as inSSIDer or netstumbler. If you download and run one of these, you should see all local routers that are currently running, including your own. If you're using the same channel as someone else, just log on to your router and change the channel to one that's not being used.
I'm not sure if your PC will automatically detect the change, so after saving the change either disable & re-enable wifi on your PC, or just reboot it. Your PC should then pick up your wifi connection on the new channel, and hopefully there'll be no dropped connections.0 -

trying different wifi channels is always a good idea, however from the line stats above, there is a definite line issue going on here.
for a downstream of 33 dB, you should sync to the exchange at around 13 Megs unless you're on a capped 8 Meg service. See the most accurate line estimator here:-

your downstream noise margin is very low (unless your line is almost perfect) but depends a bit on what time of day you took the stats, in the evening perhaps ??

First thing to do is to connect the router to the test socket to eliminate any internal wiring issues. Do you have a spare microfilter to try ?? See the guides here and here:-

if you follow these and there is no change, then we're looking at substituting microfilters/phone to router cables/router before going to your ISP and reporting the issue. If you go to them now, they'll only have you do all this first anyway...
