    No harm is asking but even then you may not get the correct answer. This is NatWest we are dealing with.

    If the ISA doesn't affect things then you may as well act now. The offer of a bonus may be withdrawn before your ISA matures.

    If the ISA does affect things then you can plan ahead.

    I asked about the 2% bonus and was told it was available. Only when I asked about Ts&Cs did the Customer Service person go off to check whether my eSaver account would prevent me receiving the bonus. It turned out that it would have had I not given instructions to close it before applying for First Reserve.
