    Your signature has.

See you removed your "this is the bottom for houses prices" prediction!

It was not a prediction you fool but a fact - a fact that still exists today. The reason I removed it is because I ain't been around for so long and couldn't be arsed to update it.

    What needed to be updated?

If you called the bottom correctly, why would you need to update it!?

jesus your still hard work Graham! I had the last few monthly nationwide figures to show the growth since feb 2009.

And I still can't see prices going below the lows of feb 2009 - which is a shame because my position has now changed - I have recently sold my house and banked the money and am renting (due to a job relocation) so further falls are now in my interest for when I buy again.

Cash sales & new builds perhaps as both are not in the LR data.

Also, all of the data is not available - there is a time lag for a lot of sales and subsequent registration with the LR. The figures will be continually updated as they get new data in.

It would be interesting to see what the actual figure for August is in November or December when most of the sales should have been registered.

Uh oh. Pimps gone into rainman counting mode.

But hey, if you consider derision a desired response, I'm sure we're happy to oblige.

Tbh I don't really expect anything else from someone who has as much right to be bitter about the housing market as you do.

    Nice one pimp.
Though how you managed to come up with such a corker of a comeback inbetween the serious business of counting views is a mystery to me.
