Has she somehow managed to put your number in an ignore list, sending your calls straight to voicemail?
We had this problem between my wife and daughter a while ago, until I got a hold of my wife's phone and found she had inadvertently added daughters number to ignore list.
Very easy to do on an Android based phone.
  • Cheers guys.
I'm sure it's a GiffGaff thing, a reboot/SIM removal cures it but it needs doing once a month whereas never had to do this when formerly with 02.
  • I've been having this in both directions with the family on giffgaff today. I also noticed on Monday I had a missed call which never rang the phone and went straight to voicemail. I think its a o2 problem though since I had the same problem today with my company mobile which is on o2.

These sort of problems are typical on giffgaff. As is texts not being sent and data problems. Tends to be more of a problem with the way Giffgaff is implemented on 02.
