Well O2 messed up - to my benefit!!

I posted on the retentions thread about the offer o2 gave me : k800i to include cinema tickets for a year and a memory card.
I received the phone and there was nothing in it (no cinema tickets, no memory card) so gave them a call. Was told it was for new customers only bla bla, anyway eventually got them.
Got my confirmation email and said something along the lines of:
memory card
cinema tickets
memory card
cinema tickets
indicating to me that they were sending two of each - surely not i thought!
Well, just had my parcel, and yes indeedy, two packs of cinema tickets for a year and two 512mb memory cards
