I have been using GIFFGAFF for a while with no problems but while on holiday in america my goodybag ran out and i had not queued one up.
Now back i have tried to top up but i am unable to log in everytime i enter my log in details i get an incorrect credentials message. The details i enter are definately the ones i have used previously,i have tried clicking the forgot username/password link but i never get the reset message from them. I am unable to log in to ask community or ask an agent for advice on resolving the issue.
Can anyone offer any advice/phone numbers for giffgaff to help me getting up and running again?

hey bud,
i had the same issue you got.
it's not your fault, giffgaff is having issues with safari and ie9 as well as google chrome browser.
i was able to login using firefox.
(clear your browsing cache if you can't access it with firefox, and it should work after that)0 -

thanks for the replies
i have tried on a different laptop using win xp and internet explorer able to log in fine.
issue is just on iphone app,safari and chrome.
I will now log it through the proper procedure as i am now logged in ok,thanks for the email though.0
