    You dont know who works on your property between your inspections. You may not 'allow' it but I cant see how you can ensure that this request is complied with.

    Quid pro quo.

    I would let her in to take photos and do to fairly arranged viewings whilst you're living in the property, on condition that you can do the repairs using your friends and family.

    If she refuses to allow you to minimise your costs this way, refuse to allow her to minimise hers by allowing viewings while it's still your home.
