help:)
Just adding that BT have made an adjustment to this months bill and refunded me the difference between the payment I was making of £5.15 for Anytime Calls and the cost in the new contract ( that I can't get out of until next June)They credited my account with a lump sum of £22.50...also credited my account with £20 as a 'gesture of goodwill' and refunded the cost of the calls I made when they cancelled my Anytime plan( without my knowledge)....a result of sorts as it should never have happened in the first place....have received 3 lots of documents on 3 different days detailing the new contract...what a waste of money!0 -

I am not one to post comment like this on forum pages, but I can't believe how BADLY treated we have been by BT it's been totally disgusting, I think you are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. When you try to call you get put through to India and then get put through the houses - your complaint procedure is a joke and I have no where to go. I saw that "David" from has posted in here a few times - does he actually help?!
We basically feel they have penalized us for using another broadband provider and have made it so totally difficult to move house!! When we try to call to sort our problem they try AGAIN to sell us your broadband and as we didn't take it, charge us for line rental even thought we have paid for the year, and then tell us it's our fault - ridiculous. I am sending a complain to Ofcom and the office of fair trading, but i would also like an actual person to send our formal complaint letter to - not a pass the buck email or phone number - is there any other contact that India or an online"form"?! Thsi has been an ongoing saga for months now and we're just sick of BT.0 -
Bt Representative, Can you tell me how long it is until queries are answered via your link. 5+ hours and still no contact from yourselves.0

Blame Ofcom for the complaints procedure, they give BT 8 weeks to deal with complaints, before you can pass the issue onto them. But then BT has a huge number of formal complaints.0 -
Hi cheepskate
I am afraid it will be a few days before we pick your email up but I assure you that you will get a response.
Apologies for the delay.
Cheers
