Halifax online banking credit card statement balance missing.

This is a known fault but no timescale to rectify this currently which translates into it will probably fix itself when you get your next card statement.

Well it's not missing data causing the problem as my statement date has passed and the data must be populated in the tables, just not bothered to change the web layout.

Well halifax have really given use users extra on there pnline credit card system - they have now removed foreign transaction information, they use to give local currency and exchange rate transaction data on each purchase and now they give the amount in pounds only... not helpful when working out what exchange rate they are charging, or when filling in expense forms.......

If any one knows a good credit card with good online statements then please let me know, as i think the halifax is about to loose my custom, especially as their customer service is pretty clueless.....
