Anybody know where credit card statement balance has gone to within Halifax online banking? When looking at the previous statement, the balance is not longer shown. Anyone agree ?

Yes, it's missing.
As is "balance from previous statement" on the current transactions list.0 -
Yes it has disappeared. Don't know why though.Wish it would come back.0

i have got a halifax credit card, and checking my balance and when my payment is due next is due is rubbish ( puting it nicely,)
my other 2 credit card online banking are so much clearer has.
Has halifax always been so unclear of when your balance is due ?£176,000 January 20140 -
Mine is with BOS (part of halifax & lloyds) and balance is also missing - very annoying, only disappeared middle of last week, I thought it was a temporary glitch. Maybe not!0

Strangely the LloydsTSB credit card (also part of the same group) shows up as normal. I know that halifax is in the process of switching their online system to the one Lloyds use so this may be part of the process.0

Still not fixed and my statement has usually flipped over to the next month by the 3rd of the month but last month's transactions are still showing. Quite annoying as I want to start spending toward the £300 threshold for this month.0

Noticed last week: my Clarity CC shows as 'Standard Mastercard' (even after I try to manually change it), my credit limit is 'N/A' and balance is 'nil' (the only bit that is correct!).0

My Rewards Clarity card has always been displayed as a 'Standard Mastercard', except during the recent changes where it was shown as 'Introductory Mastercard'. During this time I too had my credit limit shown as 'N/A' and balance 'NIL' though my credit limit is now showing and NIL is correct as my balance is indeed NIL.
Just waiting for them to fix the 'Balance from last statement' not showing.0 -
Mine also displays as "standard mastercard" and recently they have removed both currency amount and exchange rate from foreign payments so there is no longer any way of checking that this card is a good deal or not. It means that they may not add on fees but will probably start using a poorer exchange rate to recoup the money.0

My balance and credit limit show fine, its just the balance from previous statement thats missing, and it also doesnt let you change the name of the account, even though the button is there.Debt free and staying that way! :beer:0
