i know if anyone knew this but they now dont accept bank statements as a prove of purchase if you havent got the receipt you cant get a refund
isnt this against most policys as that is a prove of you buying as all they got to do is check the number and it will bring up
its funny they said i could and after i sent my phone so now i cant get my phone repaired
am !!!!ed off with them !!

A bank statement that shows the payment was sent to Tesco Direct and ideally with a reference number should satisfy proof under SOGA.0

Consumer Rights "Give me my money back!"DON'T think 'no receipt' means 'no return'
With faulty goods, you simply need to prove purchase. This could be the receipt but any other legitimate record eg a bank statement should be fine.0
