I returned 3 of my 5 items and they will only refund what you paid, which I think they work it out as a percentage, if you look on your delivery note it will tell you the price you paid. you won't pay any more for the items you keep IYSWIM!
Thanks, locarr. Did you return them to store? I don't mind getting back what I paid for them, I just don't want to pay more for the items I keep:eek:0 -
Not Tesco, I know but has anyone seen the current Staples glitch on hotuk?

I think the whole (discounted value) is taken from your card on dispatch and you're refunded only the items you return, so you still have the discount on the items you keep:D"He that lieth down with dogs shall rise up with fleas" Benjamin Franklin

I need to stop reading this thread..I got some 75p value tents, and my 4 year is over the moon with her treat for being good in the shop....the only problem now is that I had to put it up in the kitchen so we could play camping!!:D
Also got some hello kitty soothing projectors for £3.75 for christmas presents!
My DTD didn't work as expected...Hoover SEL £199 save £100(should be £299) OOD 31/10....couldnt scan so took a chance...it scanned at £179..doubled my vouchers so got it for £159, pity about not DTD but still might keep it or return it in a day or two!
Thanks everyone0 -

Thanks for that Looby may have to pay a visit and pick one up then. I remembered something about a 19.99 SEL but that was all and didn't want to chance it! Will let you know how I get on
Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end0
