yeah checked everywhere.... only place i didnt check was the bins... only because we emptied it before we left the house.... DS2 could have put it in there as its his favourate game atm.... so if it was in the kitchen bin, it was put outside and the bin men have it now.....

going to console myself by making a whoopsie dinner..... £1.80 for chicken, homemade chips, peas and runner beans .... all to feed a family for 4. :) - the kids better eat it otherwise they will have it for their lunches tomorrow!! lol.

ooooh, and TCO rice crispie cakes for dessert.... :P

Can't imagine how you feel but I would hope it would turn up somewhere. dare I suggest that you have been robbed?:o.Any suspicious happenings however small? If you have any suspicions report them as with a crime number you may be in a slightly better situation?

I'm probably not helping here but my DD1 lost £50 christmas money from her grandad and we realised that in my need to clear up after christmas I had thrown all "empty" envelopes onto the fire. One of those was the one that contained said £50. I was gutted for ages. I've never been allowed to forget it:o
    Awaiting a new sig

He wants to study pure maths, He wants to be an investment banker, (No comments please;)) or an actuary. He's picked all 5 uni's that he knows they headhunt from, he's a shrewd little b**ger!!
St Andrews is on his list, just think how many T's from London to Scotland and I could pop in on Happychappy on the way through;)

DD2's OH is an actuary-never heard of anyone else wanting the job before. He was very busy during the govs pension thingy a while back (sorry don't know the technical word for it!)

I couldn't lock my back door last night as the two sets of keys had been swiped - i searched everywhere - under every seat - the outside bin - inside bin - the car - all coats etc - found them this am - in the back of the larder underneath the George Foreman Grill ! My cupboards have childlocks so I must of done it !!!! It'll turn up - have faith ! Im saying a wee prayer !

I lost my bank card last year, looked everywhere, then my two year old at the time said it was in the toaster. I had to break it apart to get it out! I hope you find it soon x
Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.

On the pucka pad theme, one to watch is the Oxford spriral bound A4/A5 pads. Saw these in my local in the "reduced aisle" with no SEL. Complained to a supervisor about the lack of prices and they immediately got someone to scan anything I was interested in. Picked up the oxford pad at random and they went away to get a price. Came back with a lable at full price. They apologised but quietly pointed out that because it has a star in the corner it would eventually come down in price as it's a clearance item. Pretended not to know and thanked them for this. Anyone with scanner access might like to check these if they see them

Artha... I must say, its lovely to have you on board... your one of the gang now :beer::beer:

As for the comment above.. NOW, I didnt know about this, if there's a star on the SEL it means the price will come down further??
