robstersgirl, I had MAJOR problems with sky a few months back, long story short, my account was cancelled (their error) and I was left with no phone/broadband/tv. They could reinstate the TV almost immediately but could not do the same with the phone/broadband (as they have to go through BT I was told). It also meant that I lost my original phone number which I really wasn't happy about. Anyway, it took 2 MONTHS to get it up and running again and this only happened then because I sent an email directly to the Managing Director. I had a response within 24 hours and my "case" was escalated to Head Office to sort out.
May be worth a go. If you need the email address, I can PM you

HappyChappy, put you ears in the microwave, wrap them in some kitchen towel first. xx
Please remember to pierce them first or else they may explode.
If you don't have a microwave, the more traditional method is to do them in the oven. This takes a little longer though.
If you choose the traditional method, rub oil onto them and sprinkle with salt. If you don't want a crispy skin, wrap them in bacofoil.
Hope this helps:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

Ha ha ha French Knickers thats not you... you are taller than those little legs! No deal baby! PS got your message but was already driving around myself lol!
Hubby came home from work last night and put footie on... so I was out of the door like a shot lol! Went to three T's at Notts. Desperately looking for knives and Chugginton but none to be found :-( I have to give up now, i've done eight shops in the East Mids and not found any of the above.
I did find more tights though and am now the proud owner of my own purple ones lol!
I got lucky in one store and found a Braun Cruzer that I hadn't seen before. I scanned it and it came up at £7.10!! I went to the SS till with two packs of mens socks at 4p each. Scanned discreetly but the till needed authorisation for the shaver so I thought I was going to get trouted. Instead the lovely SA looked at the screen, then pressed back and read the prices of everything I had and just smiled and said thats fine. Bless her, I thanked her and left quickly lol! So another present sorted out. It was gone midnight again when I got in so I'm tired this morning. I'm having a rest from running around. The deals are getting thinner on the ground and its costing me a fortune in petrol to get my socks/tights!0 -
Hi Everyone,
After reading about everyones finds about the 4p items thought i would try my luck.
Managed to find a pair of ladies heels and also the 75p tent. I was over the moon at my 2 bargains untill i got home.

Thought about going back but didnt want to get TROUTED. and luckily it was only 4p i wasted. oh well i'll just keep looking

mens navy blue slippers, no back, with white stitching on them... sorry i dont have more details as i am in a rush but wanted to tell you all...
hi sunshine, the slippers you got i think ive seen some grey ones similar to what you are describing but not yet seen navy, is the stitching two lines about 1/2 a centimeter apart running down the front of the slipper and then across the toe part in a jersey type fabric. i have seen some navy backless slippers but they are in a really fluffy terry type fabric and you cant see any stitching.
hoping mrT realises that the halloween andrex needs reducing soon as that would be ok if it was cheaper.
no mince pies, custard or wholewheat penne in my store
happy shopping all:)SPC~12 ot 124

hiya...great finds....and i agree,Notts stores seem to be a bit thin on the ground for bargains at the mo! Well done on the Braun Cruzer though...I got 3 a few weeks ago from T*ton as presents...just to let you know though, they only have a 2 pin plug,so if you're giving them as presents you might want to pick a cheap adaptor up from Wilkos in case the recipient doesnt have a proper 2 pin shaver socket!!
I'm off to a different Notts store today - if I find any knife sets I'll hide them for you...although I'd like to get 1 for me and 1 for a present toohoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -
ive just had to google braun cruzer as i didnt know what they were:oSPC~12 ot 124

Ohhhh I wonder if they meant me n my mate??? lmao. OOops. Didnt take advantage, well, got about 9 things, but got other shopping too, so they did ok. And the clothes dept didnt even see my scanning, so not sure they realised they were 4p
Am wondering if we're on about the same store tho? B*rnley spelt *urnley? lol. Theres a self scan on the clothing dept, next to the little circle bit that has the womens shoes? opposite the ladies hats.
Anpother DTD opportunity, on the £7 party dress stand, theres some cute burgindy red chiffony dress for newborn, but they scan at £10? Might be worth a dabble
HTH xx
i doubt they ment you, i think to be honest she had just realised they were cheap and wanted them for herself. nevermind, i will go and have a look at the newborn dresses later on. i didnt realise there was a scanner upstairs.
yeah its the same store, it could have just been me being a noob lol.
well we spent most of the night looking at our finances, DH is going to have to go back on the lorries doing european work. its the only way to get us out of the hole we are in, in the next few months we need baby stuff a new car and to clear our feet, its the only way, i will miss him but theres not alot we can do about it.
budget wise we spend over £150 a week on food, well in the supermarket so food and bits n bobs and still have nothing in, so we are going to reduce this by 50 for a few weeks then get it down further after that.
right im off to get some of those vouchers sent to the house, i dont have a printer so cant print them but the ones that get sent out i will be asking for.0
