Trying to do the regulaar shopping in Mr t's was a nightmare today I had words again about the downstairs scanners not being replaced, I was told the printer wasn't working either so there would be a lot of items with no SEL so what was the excuse for the milk out of date by 3days still being on display if I hadn't felt so rough i would have bought it and informed environmental health.

Look for Mr kipling 6 Fiendish Fancies at 50p they are like fondant fancies but orange for halloween expiry date on box 12th November
  • Finally found a casserole dish today and done a little :j in the aisle!
But imagine my shock when I got to the checkout and it scanned at......1p!!!!

I've never scanned and payed so fast! So pleased :D:D:D

Will be back later to catch up and update properly ;)

had a good trip to tesco this afternoon, found some toy story gift bags at long last ! scanned them and they scanned at 1p but also noticed some of them had new sticker barcodes stuck over the back of the original barcodes and these scanned at £2.xx

got a pair of the mens slippers that scan at 4p and a few packs of the thick grey wool type walking socks that have the rugby logo on them

and i think these are a new find firstly, mens slip on black leather shoes priced at £25 black label that says AIRTREND they are AW 10
slightly pointed toe in a mocasin style with a tan coloured sole on the inside the barcode is 5052004801263 i think the barcode differs slightly depending on the size

ladies black shoes priced at £12 round toe chunky 2 inch heel, strap which fastens with a square silver buckle, pewter colour sole on the inside, barcode 5052319702552, SS 11 , again i think the barcodes could differ slightly with different sizes

    happy hunting :D

Is it worth me checking the dumfrxes stores on my way home do you think?

It was L*ckrerbie I was in this afternoon, not ventured as far as Dfs today. Will be there tomorrow though so if you find anything please let me or Blondenurse know and we will do the same for you. :D

Its getting like a family atmosphere in the 11+, now which one of us is the drunk aunt who flashes her knickers and who is the pervy old uncle to has wandering hands :A
Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can :(

Finally got some beans in m local this afternoon after a false start on my usual early morning visit to get some bread.:j

Also noticed that they have finally put a 24p SEL out for Pantene Brunette shampoo although there was none on the shelf. Don't need any more though as we are now stocked for some time.:D

Alongside there was a SEL at 99p down from £3.97 for 200ml Pantene Enhanced Layers Shampoo B/C ending 7458. Plenty on the shelf but didn't buy any.

A bit of a specialist local one, but as I wandered down the bargain aisle (and as is often the case there were no prices) I noticed there was a shelf load of Rockburn BC850 chromatic tuners (guitar/bass/violin). They are basic but I bought one a year or so ago reduced to £6 and it works well. During the electrical clearout last month they were being sold at£1. Assume that they are still £1 but could be less? Would make a great stocking filler for anyone who is learning to play a stringed instrument and doesn't have a tuner. This is in Stockton Extra.
    Awaiting a new sig

Planning my shopping for Friday, and this could be a DTD:

    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/SpecialOffers/SpecialOfferDetail/Default.aspx?promoId=A29233588

£3.50, but half price until 22/11, however, goes into basket at full price
