Just back from my local, not great for the current glitches, no deoderant, tights etc but I did get the one loan casserole dish left on the shelf that had no SEL but scanned at 1p :T
Now I feel bad for selling Blondenurse 3 for 24p yesterday:p
Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can :(

Sorry to hear of your trauma with Security Sunshine - not nice.
Really really want a Sabatier set as mine are at least 25 years old & well honed, they are the best knives as the're all one piece. (steel goes through handle)
Been to Mr T's twice today :o Firstly met a friend to get our beans offer. Plenty of Pantene Brunette shampoo but now scanning at £3.97  so we put our bottles back. No Mr Kiplings & the deodorant was just B1G1F at £2.84 :(. 1p SEL on empty shelf for casserole dishes.
Second trip was to get working neighbour's beans & a Digital photo frame for her.
The store was empty, all halloween outfits cleared & replaced with Christmas products - more SAs than shoppers. But everyone was friendly so less paranoia (which crept in overnight - I did avoid the clothing dept as friend had everything 4p taken off her in Br1dg€nd), OH scanned many a 'maybe' products.
So he did find these -
Pantene 200ml Enhanced Layers Conditioner 99p (not as good as 24p but good for Pantene) as SEL £2.49
Ultimate Sun Protection SPF 30 Waterproof 200ml £1 - nice smelling sun cream in a pump can

Sunshine star ... just spoken to my OH regarding the rude security last night. He used to work in store security and one of the first things they were told were to never stop 4 certain groups of people one of them being pregnant women due to the fact the shock could cause problems ie early birth. He has commented that this security person has NOT been trained effectively.

We were in our local Mr T's last night, scanned a couple of things, and stopped to browse the mens socks when that security man was by our side examining socks too. I promptly went over to the other part of clothing to the sale rail and we were again followed. Not stopped though. I did say wasnt that suspicious and OH's answer was yes but as long as we were doing nothing wrong then there shouldnt be an issue.

Still trying to catch up but I have major concerns about the security guard who stopped sunshine. He seems like some sort of weirdo, I would like Tesco manager or h.O. to investigate if he passed those police security check things can't remember what they are called but the ones you need if you work with children. I think the question about the tents was more to start up a conversation than to spot a MSE'r going about her business. Who in their right mind asks a pregnant woman if her bump is real !

Hi, I think you might have been looking at the big bottles of deo, it is the small ones (150mls) that we need to look out for :) HTH
  • Managed to get the beans but I was a bit reluctant as there was no B1G2F SEL up but they went through and glitched anyway. :)

This is what was in the parcel I picked up from Royal Mail. :D

  • Afternoon:)
Originally planned to go to the homeplus today, but due to the M6 being closed causing SO much traffic, we had to turn around.

Went to a fairly local T's instead not really expecting much but found the Paisley writing sets, some Rimmel fake tan for 75p, nivea deodrant and a few of the 4p tights, (which the SA didnt even bat an eyelid at when she scwiped her card thingy due to the SS till shouting 'please remove the unexpected item from the bagging area') haha! :T

Was also round the toys and found a lone 'A fairy secret' Barbie doll on her own with some other random toys. It said £17.97 (i think) and 'NEW' on the ticket but we had a hunch about it and our MSE brains engaged. We got it scanned and it scanned at £1.80! My little sister will be SO pleased on christmas day thanks to T's! http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.210-2147.aspx

Also found a 'Best dad ever' tie that i don't think has been mentioned before. Meant to be £4.00 and had a reduced sticker on priced at £0.04p! Didn't buy as we didnt need it but i got the barcode anyway; 5052320575053. Will post the picture i snapped on my phone later if i work out how:)

Going out again later for beans and nuts.

P.s, heres to hoping the wine has a lot of OOD SELS tomorrow!!
