I think it would be interesting to know the figures in bensonsmum's refund.
The probability is that she did indeed get DTD, but the girl who served her was talking out of her proverbial.

Perhaps just coincidence but didn;t someone else post today that they'd been told in Tesco that DTD had been stopped?

Please note you mustn't post email addresses of anybody in your posts. Some posts have had to be removed as they contained the email address of the Tesco CEO

Please see this rule which says:

Forum users should not post their or anyone else's personal details (full names, email addresses, home addresses or telephone numbers) on the forum or send them via PM (private message). This includes personal details found on public look-up sites such as Whois.com and Companies House.

:huh:Why then, is the email address in question allowed to be in post #12 on the coupons board????
  • Sunshine= Please complain to manager, this guy is going beyond what is acceptable and needs stopping before the grotty little jobsworth does it to someone else. I forgot when you posted last night that u were pregnant, I'm even more insensed now! I would be tempted to 'moon' your bump at him every time you walk past him tho, just to prove you haven't been stuffing goods up your jumper! I'm sure he'd be more embarrassed than you! What an idiot!

I have had RnR a couple of times recently...I think they do when DTD works out more IYSWIM...They are basically trying it on to save themselves some money...

.....or some of the staff are complaining that it's too difficult to work out!:rotfl: Sorry, that's probably not fair:o but on the other hand I believe CS tills are equipped with a small program that calculates the refund if you input the data. Don't know whether this has always been the case or whether it was introduced to solve the apparent problem of working it out
