i do sometimes use my clubcard (still only a Temp one though.. still not got round to registering it after 6 months!!! lol) . so its not registered to my name/address etc... and always pay by cash. - but i woulnt have thought that using that would make a differnce as i dont do anything in thats store really... just scan things in the hope of finding something.. but never usually do TBH in that paticular store.... just go there to do my research as that one has a scanner.

ok...the thing that stands out for me is that you're scanning stuff...in their eyes probably a lot more than the average customer. I'm not sure if you saw my posts laast week about being banned ...this makes me wonder if all/most Ts have been alerted to savvy customers and been told to keep their eye on us!
When I spoke to the manager just before I was banned, she told me that since my DTD (granted it was a biggie)..they had began watching me as I scanned a lot of stuff - they basically out and out accused me of actively seeking DTD - and taking advantage of their price errors. I explained that most customers take advantage of low prices and the reason I scanned stuff was because the SELs were usually wrong - they werent bothered in my 'excuses' - in their eyes I was seeking their 'errors' for my own benefit - they then asked me to refrain from going there again!

Basically, I think if you're scanning stuff more than the average customer thats why they're watching you.....its up to you if you confront them or not....if you choose not to, I would just use that store for grocery shopping,try to not use the scanners...and try to avoid DTD or any glitches there! If you do choose to say something...be prepared to fight your corner and for whatever consequences it may bring!

I made the decision not to complain to HO as I didnt want to draw any further attention to myself...risk a nationwide ban(!)...or have my complaint be the 'straw that broke the camels back' so to speak in terms of DTD...and they decide to scrap it!

good luck with whatever you choose to do...but just remember one thing - they are only human and doing their job - but they cant intimidate you - thats not in the job description, so dont let them!

Good morning guys and gals!
Well, I managed to get in 26hours work this weekend so I need no fancy dress today because I already look half dead!!
(I know 26 hours isn't much, but they're all the wrong end of the day and im up at 7am with the kids!)
Had a t free day yesterday and debating having one today but I do need more
Moon dough because I kindly donated three for prizes for Halloween and now I'm 3 short! That will teach
Me not to count before I donate! Nm. Spread the love and all that jazz!

This week mr t I could do with a glitch on fruit and veg. Or cadburys fruit and nut will do hehe!! :rotfl:

I think I have about 50 pages to go back through, so unless I visit t and find something.. I will probably be back tomorrow!

re your stalkers:
I would not make a stand as it may go against you and quite soon you will not have so much time for Mr Ts. I know that if I spend a lot of time in there, just mooching about they tend to watch me, but once i've had a bit of a break I return to the shadows and they don't seem to look any more.
My motto is "if in doubt, do nothing" and although its a bit upsetting, just cut down on your trips and length of visit and they will soon forget you.
The last thing u want at the mo is a confrontation as they might turn nasty and although they would be in the wrong it would be upsetting and also a problem in the future.
