You're right, spag bol is the most I can stretch too and even then my short attention span means I don't always see it through or I forget about it.

Spag bols with the scala Smokey bacon sauce is the business ;)

I had two packs each of blue and white and both the same barcode: 7 78988 78234 7

Off to bed ...... again. Fell asleep trying to get DS1 asleep. Only up so I can turn off the lights. I was looking forward to an episode of House and/or Criminal Minds and a wee dram but alas my body is telling me I need rest.

NIght folks and hopefully tomorrow will be a good glitching day. Personally I'm on the trail of half price Leapfrog Tag books now I've finally been able to track down the half price system. Could be a long day but DSs are worth it :D

Just been to Mr T and found a set of the salter scales all were stickered bar one, took it to the tills went through as £39.97, trotted off to CS which was closed but spoke to supervisor who took me to CS desk, confirmed it was an overcharge but could only refund as there wasn't enough money in the till, unfortunately didn't have my card with me and hubby needed cash for the morning so had to accept refund, I did enquire re DTD but she said as she had refunded I can no longer get DTD.
Got trouted this morning on an item that they reckon was in the wrong place, (a customer moved all 6 apparently??) so not keen on seeing daytime CS staff tomorrow.
Am I still entitled to DTD via head office ?
    TIA :)

give HO a call in the morning... ;) silly excuse as not enough cash and accepted a refund...

gosh, do you live next door to 5 Ts or what?! :p

Difficult call and only you can make that at the time, thing is though with that sort of error the poor CS girl who so nicely gave you the original DTD without hassle may be out of a job if her till is short

Whereas DTD is policy, individual CS staff shouldn't be at fault or risk their job when you get one

I had a similar situation today , had a number of pukka pads in my trolley didn't put them all on till and SA assumed less than there were, I could have stayed shtum but told her I had more. She wasn't grateful but at least my own concscience is clear
It is a difficult call when someone tries to give you money. Probably doesn't work like this in supermarkets but I had a friend who worked in a bank and I relied upon them for a lift home. They were sometimes late because if the balances didn't match at the end of the day even by a few pence there was an investigation and recount of the days transactions until the error was found. Nobody was allowed to go home until it was found.
    Awaiting a new sig

Thank you for the reply :)
I'll give them a call in the morning, worth a try, I needed scales anyway though and they are a good price, although being paid nearly £25 to take them away would have been nicer ;)
I wish I had 5, I live right between 2 though, both in walking distance :)

Thank you, this morning I just gave up!!
There were printers that I genuinely thought were £39.97 went through at £99.97, they had 2 types almost identical mixed up on shelf, couldn't be bothered to argue anymore spoke to electricals desk and 2 managers too.
Makes me more determined to get DTD on the scales though ;)
